I’m a Learning and Development strategist with over 15 years of experience working in Training and Enablement. During my L&D career, I’ve worked in a variety of roles directing, managing, and executing learning initiatives, many of them high-profile projects developed for a large global audience.
My strengths include developing program and initiatives strategies and leading teams and projects. I’ve built teams from the ground up as well as restructured teams to optimize performance and efficiencies.
As much as I enjoy managing and directing, I also love to roll up my sleeves and create great learning experiences. I enjoy staying on top of trends and the latest technology, and in particular, I have a passion for using video to create unforgettable learning experiences.
